The Cutest Vintage Rocker for sale...

I finished the polka-dot vintage mushroom rocker in time for the craft show and now I need to make a sign that reads:
'PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN SIT ON MY ROCKER UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BUYING IT!'
This was a fun project and now it's ready for purchase.
The purchase price: $85.
Shipping is not included.

Email me.  This one won't last long.

My first show!!!

My very first craft show in a town called, "Marion".  It was fun...I made a little money, got a lot of compliments and invited to another show there in August!
Here's a pix of my booth and my banner.,  I am grateful for my new friend, Moe, and her husband, Ron, for their help with transporting stuff and their support as well as my Love for building me these amazing 'walls'!

My wonderful son that is a graphic artist made me this banner to hang behind the tent and at first, it was intimidating to see my name so large and such a huge sign.  But I'm getting used to it!
More details later...it's been a long weekend and it's not over yet!

My newwwest design!

This cute ditty is accented with gold buttons on the pleats and pockets.  The lace adds to the femininity of it...try saying that word fast three times!
It's made of lightweight cotton and is 81 1/2" from tie to tie.

Very classy apron!

Garden pillows!

I'm finally getting to finish some projects.  I started a cover for my swing and last nite I put it on.  I found this bolt of fabric at the thrift store for $5 for the entire bolt!  So, I'm gonna cover the cushions I have already and then I've made three pillows-these two and a solid green one.  It's nice to make something for around here, and not just to sell, ya know!

A show is coming in June~

My sister and I are finally getting our act together and getting a booth in Shertz at the end of June.
I've been attempting to sew more regularly.  That's been a challenge, but I've finally finished another children's apron, along with a matching pot holder and 'flour' bag.

Check it out.

A zippered heart pillow

I came up with this from our son's inspiration...they told me I should make a heart that has a secret compartment on the back to put candy or chocolate in!
So, I gave it a try and wanted to abort the idea, but thought it worth the effort to at least try to do it...I'm quite satisfied with my attempts...although I don't think anyone should put chocolate in it...I still have to buy stuffing to fill it, but thought I'd post a pix of it.

New Year projects...

The year is new and I'm eager to build this business and create from the heart...
To that end, here's a new children's apron that is two-fold...one side to cook with, the other-a crayon holder.  This apron went fast!  SOLD!

This reversible apron is for the woman that sees things as black and white!
